Janet Rajroop is currently a Professor of the Collaborative Nursing Programs at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) & Ryerson University. She had worked in the capacity as a nursing educator for over 10 years.
Her most recent role was the Vice President of the Nursing programs & Chief Nursing Officer of S.R.T. Med-Staff. Her role at the S.R.T. Med-Staff for over 10 years included leadership and support to senior, middle management and frontline staff; strategic planning, program development; resource management and alliance building.
Janet has over 30 years experience as a health care provider which has provided her with vast experiences and insight into the challenges of today’s health care. Janet is Registered Nurse with a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from Ryerson University and a Master’s degree in education at Central Michigan University.
